The service

yLink Manager Ads helps you create and manage advertising campaigns on third-party platforms (currently Meta) and generate ad creative with AI. You remain the advertiser: you are responsible for your ads, your landing pages, your products, and compliance with Meta’s policies and applicable law (including restrictions on Special Ad Categories).

Ad spend

Ad spend is charged by the ad platform to your payment method, not by us. Spend limits, guardrails and automatic pausing are safety features provided on a best-effort basis; they are not a guarantee against overspend. Set an account spending limit in your ad platform as well.

AI output

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review and approve all creative before it is used.

Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Included credits reset each billing period; purchased credits do not expire. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or policy-violating advertising. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. [Governing law and venue.]
