What we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication data.
• Data from Meta you authorize: your Meta user ID and name, the ad accounts, Pages, pixels and Instagram accounts you grant, and campaign performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, results).
• Content you create or upload: ad copy, images, videos, audiences and campaign settings.
• Billing data is handled by Stripe; we store only customer and subscription identifiers, never card numbers.

How we use it

To create, publish, pause and report on advertising campaigns that you instruct, to generate creative you request using AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Replicate; prompts you submit are sent to them), to bill you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use Meta data for purposes other than providing the service to you.

Storage and security

Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed to your browser. Data is stored with Supabase and AWS. Access is restricted by workspace.

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect Meta at any time in Integrations, which deletes the stored token. To delete your data, remove yLink Manager Ads in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations (we receive a deletion callback and erase Meta-linked data automatically), or email [contact email]. See data deletion.
